1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt*
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dill weed
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl. Use beater to blend until mixed thoroughly.

Chill for two hours before serving.

2 tbsp. = 1 fat serving for the basic Acorn Food Plan.

*Depending on the brand of yogurt you use, you may find your dressing is too watery. If so, line a colander with cheese cloth. Place yogurt in colander and let sit for an hour before using, This will make it thicker.
