Nougat Recipe

Nougat:
2 tbsp Butter
2 bags Mini Marshmallows (10 oz per bag)
2 bags White Chocolate Chips (11 oz. per bag)
2 cups Gumdrops or pistachios
Directions:
Directions:
Melt / microwave butter and add mini marshmallows and stir together until smooth.
Add in white chips and cook on medium till smooth
Mix in pistachios or cut up gumdrops or Dots
. Spread on parchment paper lined 9x13 pan. Chill overnight in fridge. Cut into squares.
**can be stored in freezer
TIP:
I use honey roasted pistachios but could probably use other nuts or cranraisens ).
Allow to warm up a bit after taking out of the fridge - they were easier to cut.
Cut a strip of the block then cut them into smaller pieces.
I like honey pistachios
