Easy Shepherd's Pie Recipe

1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
1 can of peas (15oz)
1 can of corn (15oz)
2 family packs of instant mashed potatoes (just add water)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water needed for the instant potatoes according to it's directions. Should be 2 cups per bag.
Add flakes when boiling and take off heat. Fluff with fork and leave alone.

While water begins to boil, brown the ground beef on meduim heat on the stove, about 7-10min. When complete, drain grease and place in bottom of a 9X13 casserole dish. Be careful of steam.

Place corn and peas in separate small pots and bring them to a boil, cook for 2min. When complete, pull from heat and drain both.

Place corn and peas evenly to the top of the beef. Then do the same with the cooked mashed potatoes.

Place the oven on low broil and put the casserole dish in to brown the edges/top of the potatoes.
