2 1/4 cup brown sugar (blend all together)
3 eggs

2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup white flour (sift and combine)
1/2 pkg chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts

Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes in greased 9" x 11" pan.
