2 cups of all purpose flour, shifted
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 box 16 ox of confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder together. Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 14 minutes. Remove pan from oven and carefully roll cookies in confectioner's sugar.
