water to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 inch of water in sauce pan large enough to hold 6 eggs in a single layer. Bring water to boil. Place eggs in boiling water for two minutes. Turn heat off and cover for 18 to 20 minutes. Uncover and place pan under cold water to shock for five minutes. Pour off the water and rattle the boiled eggs inside the pan to crack the shells. Peel under cold water.

At this stage eggs may be deviled with all or some of the following ingredients:
Sweet pickle relish
White wine vinegar
Lemon Juice
Chopped olive
Mayonnaise
Paprika
Dijon or Ballpark mustard
Salt and pepper
ETC.
