2 lbs Ground Beef
½ or 1 cup Onion and Green Peppers
1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
½ cup Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Brown the beef in a pan on medium heat. When beef is mostly all brown, drain grease and place in a 9X13 size casserole dish. (Any beef that is not brown will finish cooking in the oven but will add more grease to the casserole dish.) Add toppings: (Onion/onion powder), Green Peppers (Pepperoni, Garlic Powder, etc.) Cover with as much/little sauce as you want, recommend at least ½ cup for the dish. Cover the entire top with frozen Tater Tots, don’t stack tots on themselves. Cook according to frozen Tater Tot directions. (Roughly 20min)

This recipe can be changed up each time you make it! I usually only use Green Peppers and Onions (onion powder) but you could use pepperoni or mushrooms or chunked up tomato, if you prefer!
