Venison
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 med. onion
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, saving juice. Combine pineapple juice with onion, soy sauce, oil, corn syrup and ginger in small saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring to blend. Cool. Place meat in flat dish. Pour cooked marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Grill, turning and brushing with marinade. You can add the crushed pineapple on top of the meat when marinating. You could use pineapple juice only if you don't have crushed pineapple.
