4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup nonfat, plain yogurt
2 tbsp. ground millet or quinoa
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. paprika
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Combine ground millet or quinoa, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika on a dinner plate to form coating. Mix thoroughly. Lightly brush each chicken breast with yogurt, then dip in coating mixture to cover both sides.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and place poultry on it.

Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, then flip chicken and cook for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
