6 - 8 ounces cooked beef
2 (10 ounce) packages mushrooms
3 (3 ounce) jars cocktail onions
2 large bell peppers, chopped
3 medium potatoes, quartered
3 large carrots, sliced

½ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large pan with cooking spray and brown mushrooms and peppers. Rinse vinegar off onions (or use plain ones for a milder taste). Add onions and carrots to pan. Sauté until soft. In boiling water or steamer, cook potatoes until soft.

In two separate pots, measure out protein, vegetable, and starch portions according to individual food plan. Add 1 cup beef broth, augmenting with broth if necessary. Divide spices in half and add to each pot. Stir and simmer covered for half an hour to an hour over low heat, being careful not to burn the bottom. Remove bay leaf before serving.
