2 cups whole grain or Basmati rice
Chicken broth, or half and half broth and water (Consult rice package for correct amount). Wine might also form part of the liquid mix.
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
handful of baby spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Saute rice with garlic, spinach and pine nuts. Add liquid and cover the pan. Follow directions on rice package.
