1 Cup quick cooking rice
1 cup boiling water
½ Cup sugar
3 Egg yokes
¼ Teaspoon salt
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon cold milk
Rasins to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg yokes and sugar. Scald 1½ cups of milk, add the sugar and egg yoke mixture to the scalded milk. Cook on medium heat until thick. Add rice, ¼ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Add desired amount of raisins. Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake in the oven.

Bake in 325º oven for about 20-30 minutes.
