1 ⅔ Cups of graham cracker crumbs
½ Cup butter
2 ⅔ Cups Flaked coconut
1¼ Sweetened condensed milk
1 Cup raspberry jam
½ Cup Semi-sweet chocolate
Opti onal ¼ Cup of nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350º. Place graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl. Mix together throughly. Spread on the bottom of a 13"X9" Pan. Sprinkle coconut evenly over the entire surface of the graham cracker crumb mixture. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the coconut.
Bake for 20-25 Minutes (lightly Brown). Cool. Spread jam over the entire surface of the cookie bars. Chill 3-4 hours. Melt chocolate and drip in an uneven fancy pattern over the top of the bars. Cool. Slice to desired size.
