1 Yellow Cake
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 Cup sugar
1 pkg 5.1 oz instant vanilla
1 cup coconut
8 oz whipped topping
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake in 9 x 13 inch pan according to directions. Put pineapple undrained
in sauce pan with 1 cup sugar and simmer until sugar melts. When cake is still
warm poke holes in cake with meat fork and pour sauce over. Chill at least 1 hour.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. Stir in coconut and spread
over the cake. Cover with topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
