Slaw
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded (4 to 6 cups),
or use prepackaged shredded slaw mix
1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup raw Sunflower seeds, toasted
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
I package Oriental flavored Ramen noodles

Dressing
1/2 cup Canola oil
4 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 seasoning pack from Oriental noodles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Combine above Dressing ingredients and pour over slaw mixture right before serving.

Combine shredded cabbage with chopped green onions.

Lightly toast sunflower seeds and almonds, set aside to cool.

Break apart ramen noodles and crush slightly.

DO NOT combine slaw mixture with other ingredients until
ready to serve, or cabbage will wilt and slaw will seem soggy.

When ready to serve, add sunflower seeds, almonds,
and crushed noodles to slaw mix and add dressing.

Stir well and serve right away.
