1 lb. dry rotini
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 - 26 oz. jars spaghetti sauce
6 oz. provolone cheese slices
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package and drain.

In a large skillet, brown onion and beef together over medium heat. Drain, and return beef to skillet. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350º. Butter or use cooking spray on a 9x13 baking dish. Layer ingredients as follows: 1/2 pasta; provolone cheese slices, sour cream - spread evenly, 1/2 of sauce mixture, remaining pasta, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce mixture, and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
