4 ½ cups flour
3 cups white sugar
4 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. nutmeg
¾ tsp. cloves
3 tsp. baking soda
3 cups milk or 1 ½ cup milk and 1 ½ cups applesauce
Could use all applesauce too.
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Line 2 loaf pans with paper and pour in mixture.
Bake 350ºF for 1 - 1 ½ hours until tester inserted comes out clean.
