1 1/2 lb Chicken or Pork
1 Onion chopped
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Achiote
1 tsp Salt

Dough
2 cups Masaharina
11 oz Beef Broth
1 tsp Baking Powder
2/3 cup Lard

Prep
Corn Husks

Directions:
Directions:
Sauteé onions and garlic in lard.
Add and cook protien.
Add seasoning.
Shred.

Mix together dough ingredients well.
Wrap protien in dough, then wrap dough in corn husks.
Steam 1hour.
Unwrap, load them up with toppings. Eat 20 of them or share I guess.

Peel corn carefully. Use the husk to wrap your tamales. They are small but tasty. Top with salsa, guacamole, queso etc. Use the corn to make Elote. Perfect combo.
