3 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup Corn Grits
3 tbsp Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Butter
2 cups Sharp Chedder Shredded
1/2 lb Bacon or more lol
4 Green Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 Lemon Juiced
1 tsp Hot Sauce or more lol
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Bacon and crumble, set aside.
Sauteé garlic in butter and maybe some lovely bacon fat.
Add stock, cream, seasonings and grits.
Simmer until water is absorbed and grits are done.
Add cheese and lemon.
Stir in.
Top with bacon, onion and parsley.
Serve topped with chicken or shrimp if your feeling swanky.
