2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach ( thawed and squeezed )
1 8 oz block of cream cheese cubed
1 lb. feta cheese crumbles
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
Dash of salt and pepper
Phyllo Dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, cheeses, onion, egg, and salt and pepper. Let set for 1 hour. Layer 3-4 sheets of phyllo, filling, 3-4 phyllo, filling, and top with another 4 sheets. BRUSH BUTTER AND OLIVE OIL ON EACH SHEET OF PHYLLO!! Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or till golden!
