12 fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 fresh chopped jalapeño
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. Cajun powder
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. paprika
4 oz. softened cream cheese
⅓ c. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and chop. Heat oil in skillet and preheat oven to 400º. Add stems, onion, garlic, jalapeño and spices to skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes. While still warm, combine mixture with cream cheese and cheddar. Fill mushroom caps with mixture, and place on a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes.
