5 lbs Red Skin Potatoes Halved
2 Heads of Garlic Halved
2 White Onions Halved
3 Stalks of Celery Halved
2 lbs Aundouille Sausage cut to 1 inch pieces
8 Ears of Corn Halved
2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp
5 lbs Crawfish
4 Lemons Halved and Juiced
2 Oranges Halved and Juiced
2 Grean Bell Peppers Quartered
1 lb Kosher Salt
6 Bay Leaves Crumbled
4 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Whole Cloves
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Paprika
1 1/2 tbsp Whole Allspice
1 tbsp Black Pepper Corns
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Dry Mustard
1 tbsp Dried Dill

In a GIANT pot bring veggies and seasonings to a boil.
When the potatoes are done add in the protien.
Cook until the shrimp turn pink.
Bada-bing Bada-boom.
You got a mud bug boil.
