1 lb ground pork or sausage
1 bag cole slaw mix
½ broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp ground ginger
1 package egg roll wonton wrappers
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and brown ground pork or sausage. Add in cole slaw mix, broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Stir together, cover, and cook until cole slaw mix is tender, stirring occasionally.

For the Wonton Chips - Preheat oven to 350º, Cut wonton wrappers into strips. Brush each side with olive oil, and place on a baking sheet. Cook 4-5 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Watch carefully, because they turn brown very fast.
