2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/4 cup of diced red onions
4 fresh garlic cloves
8 oz whole baby portabellas
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high for 2-3 minutes. Place butter and onions in pan.

2. Crush garlic cloves with garlic press into pan. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes, or until browned.

3. Stir in mushrooms, wine and seasoned salt. Reduce heat of pan to medium and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
