1 package miniture marshmallows
1 lb. powdered sugar
½ stick butter
⅓ cup cocoa
½ cup milk
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan heat butter and add milk. Blend wth hand mixer. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Spread on hot cake. Top with marshmallows. *her words - After adding marshmallows, spread around over cake with flat knife until sorta blended but not. Let the marshmallows become all melted. Very good.
