½ c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ⅔ c. flour , sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
½ c. sour cream
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix well. Add banana, sour cream and nuts. Mix until combined. Pour in 1 9” loaf pan. Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours. Cool in the pan on a wired rack.
