2 cups Cooked, shredded chicken
1-2 cans of Campbell’s cream of chicken with herbs soup
1 cup of Light sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (can use fat free for fewer points)
1 ½ cups of Frozen veggies. (Typically use mixed veggies, but any kind will work).
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp seasoned salt
2 6oz cans of refrigerated biscuits

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, soup, sour cream, veggies, cheese and seasonings.
2. Cut each biscuit into fourths and toss into the chicken mixture.
3. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Spread the chicken biscuit mixture out evenly in the pan.
5. Bake at 375º for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through and bubbly (could take longer depending on the oven.)




Yields 6 servings, 9 SmartPoints per serving.
