24 oz bag of frozen corn
1 8oz block of cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
½ cup of milk
1-2 fresh jalapeños
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
Ground pepper



Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the cream cheese and butter into cubes.
2. Rinse off jalapeños, remove the membranes and seeds and then dice them.
3. In a medium to large slow cooker, combine the corn, cream cheese, butter, jalapeños, sugar salt and pepper and cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Add in the cheddar cheese and mix well until mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. If the mixture is too thick slowly add in milk until at desired consistency.
6. Adjust seasonings according to taste.
7. Place in a serving dish and serve immediately or leave in the slow cooker and reduce temperature to warm.
8. Enjoy!
