1 loop smoked sausage, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red or orange bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, halved and sliced
1 pack sliced button mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 jar pasta sauce
3 oz garden vegetable cream cheese
1 box cavatappi pasta
shredded Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain pasta.

In a medium skillet over medium, cook sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms until sausage is lightly browned and onions are translucent. Add garlic and pasta sauce. Stir in cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese is melted into sauce, and sauce is warm.

Serve sausage/sauce mix over pasta, and top with shredded cheese.
