½ c slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
¼ c sunflower seeds
½ head of cabbage
1 bag bean sprouts
2 c cut up mushrooms
2 cut up green onions
1 pkg ichiban noodles
½ pkg chowmein noodles

Dressing
Seasoning from ichiban
½ c olive oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roast almonds and sesame seeds for 5 min, let cool, add sunflower seeds. Shred cabbage, add bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onions, ichiban noodles and chowmein noodles. Just before serving add dressing and mix well.
