1 pint grape tomatoes - halved
2 large European cucumbers
1 tub cream cheese with herbs
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to soften and place in a pastry bag. Peel the cucumbers and slice into 1" to 2" pieces.
Using a melon baller. scoop out middle without making a hole in the bottom. (you are making a pocket)
Squeeze cream cheese into the hole in the cucumber. Place a halved tomato, vertical, into the cream cheese. Place on a tray and sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate until use.
