3 cups chopped rhubarb

1 pk s/f strawberry jello

1 1/2 cups cold skim milk

1 pkg instant s/f vanilla pudding

1 reduced fat graham crust

Directions:
Directions:
microwave rhubarb 6-8 minutes or until tender (stir every 2 minutes)

stir in jello until completely dissolved.

cool completely.

in bowl combine milk & pudding.

beat on low for 2 minutes.

fold in rhubarb jello mixture.

pour over crust.

cover and chill.
