2 sticks margarine ( I like parkay best )
1/2 cup Crisco
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups Swan Doun cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum flavor extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Sift three or four times. Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar. Add one egg at a time until smooth. Add milk and flour alternatively little at a time. Add flavors. Pour mixture into a prepared bundt pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. (Put in cold oven and do not open stove door under one hour. )
