½ box large pasta shells
1lb Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1 bag baby spinach
1 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded Italian cheese
1 jar pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with pasta sauce.

In a large skillet, brown sausage with onion and garlic. Drain. Add spinach, and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. Add ricotta, 2 cups Italian cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Cook shells according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

Place a spoonful of cheese mixture into each shell, and place filled shell in baking dish, open side up. Once baking dish is full, pour remaining sauce over shells, then sprinkle shells with remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.
