9 inch pie shell, baked
cup of sugar
⅓ cup cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups hot water
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
6 oz. can frozen lemonade

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar cornstarch, and salt in saucepan. Slowly stir in water, Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium low heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cook 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Spread in pie shell and top with meringue. Bake in pre-heated oven of 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Meringue
4 egg whites
½ tsp. cream of tarter
½ cup sugar
Have egg whites at room temperature. Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar a tablespoon at a time. Continue beating until soft peaks form. Spread on cooled filling sealing carefully to edge of pie crust.Bake on above pie.
