12 quail eggs
¼ tsp sea salt
2 cups water

Directions:

Put water in small sauce pan
Add salt
Bring to boil
Add eggs
Boil for 3 minutes
Put hard boiled eggs in cold water to cool, ice will help.
To peel, crack then roll shell to make the shell more flexible. The better you roll the better egg will peel. Pinch shell to tear inner membrane and peel membrane not the shell. Rinse finished peeled egg in cold water to wash off any shell pieces.
