1 box (16 oz.) Ziti, Penne, whatever pasta you have in the closet
1 lb. ground beef, cooked
½ c. onion, chopped
2 jars (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. sour cream
8 slices Provolone cheese
1 bag (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on packages (al dente). Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
3. Spray two 8x8 pans with cooking spray (I use aluminum foil pans for easy clean up).
In each pan, layer as follows:
2 c. pasta, 1 1/2 c. sauce. 4 slices of Provolone cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 c. pasta, 1/4 mozzarella cheese, and 1 c. sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and extra Mozzarella cheese.
3. Cover with aluminum foil or lid. Label and freeze

To cook: Thaw in Fridge for 24 hours. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
