1 tsp. salt
½ c. sugar
½ c. oil
½ c. vinegar
½ c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 onion, grated with juice
4 c. shredded cabbage
2 carrots, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan, cook all ingredients, except cabbage and carrots, heat to boiling.
2. Pour over cabbage and carrots.
3. Stir occasionally as mixture cools.
4. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
