½ tsp salt
¾ C milk
¼ C butter or margarine, softened

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Sift together flour, bkg powder, and salt. Add milk and softened ¼ C margarine/butter. Mix into dough.

Sprinkle counter with flour and roll out dough in rectangle shape. Spread thin layer of butter on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix (how much you sprinkle on is based on personal preference). Roll dough tightly to form log and slice into 12 pieces.

Melt ¼ C margarine/butter in bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Mix in 1tsp cinnamon and brown sugar (optional nuts). Spread evenly on bottom of pan.

Place rolls in pan, spiral side facing up. Bake at 450º for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven, immediately place a platter over the top of pan and flip, working quickly to scrape any leftover caramel onto top of rolls before it hardens. Best served hot.
