2 pounds baby carrots, peeled
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
¼ cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sesame seeds*
butter flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut baby carrots into 3-inch long slices about 1/2 inch wide. Spray a 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan generously with cooking spray. Add carrots first, then distribute garlic and onions equally throughout the pan. Add broth and lemon juice, then sprinkle spices over mixture.

Bake at 375° for one hour or until carrots are tender.
