2 red cabbage leaves cut vertically ( I shredded, instead)
Thai chicken satays (I cooked in a pan without skewers)
julilenned carrots
sesame bean sprouts
Thai Coconut Curry Noodles
Thai Marinated cucumbers
2 TB roasted peanuts (chopped)
Tamarind Cashew dipping sauce
Thai Peanut sauce
Sweet Chile Sauce
