3 lb boneless pork roast
16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 C fruit juice, cranberry or apple
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. You can thicken the sauce before serving with cornstarch or flour, just as good as a thin sauce.

I have done this in the oven at 350 for 2 hours and came out just as well.
