1-16 oz. Sour cream
1-8 oz. Cream cheese
1 lemon
1¼ cups smoked salmon(4 to 6 oz.)
1½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Cream style horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the smoked salmon and cool. In a medium bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese, juice of ½ lemon, Worcestershire, and horseradish cream. Blend together until creamy. Break salmon into small pieces on top of cheese mixture. Squeeze rest of lemon over salmon, then fold salmon into dip. Let stand overnight for better flavor.
