1-2 T. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
28 oz. tomato puree
6 oz. tomato paste
Basil (fresh preferred) to taste
2-3 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of pan with olive oil (2-3 swirls).
Crush 4 cloves of garlic and brown in oil.
Be careful not to allow to burn.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste.
Add basil, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper.
Simmer for between 30 minutes and forever.
Serve over anything.
