1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
3 cans water
1 can hominy
1 can pinto beans
1 can Rotel (tomatoes & green chiles)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can yellow corn
1 can kidney beans
Corn chips and shredded cheese (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
- Brown meat. Place all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
