1 egg
2½ T. milk
1 cup flour
1 T. and 1 t. sugar
¾ t. baking powder
dash of salt
drop of vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Pour batter in skillet, brown on both sides, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
