1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons freeze-dried, chives
2 tablespoons fresh, lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground (cayenne) red, pepper
5 cups chopped cooked, chicken, (4 whole)
1 1/2 cups chopped, celery
1 cup halved seedless red, grape
1/4 cup minced, red onion
1/2 cup sliced, almonds , toasted

Directions:
Directions:
1 Combine first 6 ingredients; mix with remaining ingredients except almonds.
2 Refrigerate 1 - 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
3 Stir in almonds; taste and adjust seasoning.
4 Good made the day before
