Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Brown 4 lbs. beef (Drain drippings/fat)

Sauté:
1 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 lg Spanish onions, chopped
2 Red peppers, chopped
2 Green. peppers, chopped

Add to meat
Then add the following:
2 standard size cans of Red Kidney Beans
2 standard size cans of Black Beans
2 10.5 ou. cans of Stewed Tomatoes
2 8 ou. Cans of Tomato Sauce
1 small can of Tomato Paste
2 regular (or 1 large) bottles of Bloody Mary Mix (Mr&Mrs T’s or other)
2 T Paprika
2T Chili Powder
1 T Cumin Powder
2 t Cayenne Pepper Powder

Heat and simmer for 2hrs.
Top with shredded cheese if you wish
