1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small yellow onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup - 1cup breadcrumbs or 3-4 slices of bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Pour sauce over loaf. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
