Puff corn (about 5 oz)
½ c. real butter
½ c. corn syrup
½ c. brown sugar, packed
½ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat a large roaster pan with cooking spray or butter. Pour puff corn into prepared pan.
2. Preheat oven to 250º.
3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring butter, syrup and brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Mixture will foam.
4. Pour syrup mixture over puff corn and stir to coat all pieces.
5. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, cool and break into pieces. Store in covered container.
